Anticipated Noble Fin Restaurant Opens Monday

PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA -- Highly anticipated for months, Noble Fin restaurant opens in Peachtree Corners on Monday.

The restaurant, from 4th & Swift's Jay Swift, will open for dinner service on Monday and begin serving lunch next Monday.

Noble Fin is located at 5260 Peachtree Parkway, in the old Dreamland Barbecue location.

Opening time Monday will be 5 p.m.

Serving contemporary American and Mediterranean cuisine, Noble Fin has been one of the Atlanta food scene's most highly anticipated restaurants. Jeb Aldrich, Swift's son, will move over from 4th & Swift to run the kitchen at Noble Fin.

The restaurant hadn't posted its menu online yet as of Monday morning.

But Eater Atlanta got a sneak peek at it.

The menu offers a full list of fresh market fish, steaks, chops and poultry, small plates, sides and an "ice cold" list that includes Maine lobster cocktail and house smoked salmon.

There's also a signature cocktail list, to compliment the lists of beer and wine.
