📰 News we're reading

• One of The Forum Peachtree Corners' oldest tenants is about to close (newsbreak.com) — Belk is preparing to close its longtime anchor store at The Forum in Peachtree Corners on January 15, 2027, after a major clearance sale with discounts up to 75%. The move, along with Barnes & Noble downsizing into a smaller space later this month, will leave two large vacancies for owner Jamestown LP to fill. Shoppers and nearby businesses may feel the impact of these changes.
