Observations: Handwashing sink had wet wiping cloths and a dirty pan stored in it. Items were removed. Employee washing hands in the dish sink. Apples on breakfast counter not protected in any way from contamination. Cinnamon rolls, hot item walnuts, raisins not protected by proper shielding. Employee wearing watch and bracelets on her wrists. Jewelry removed. No trash covered trash can in the ladies room.

Observations: Bottles containing assorted chemicals not labeled with the common name of the chemical within. Most current inspection not posted at the drive thru window. Utensil in slaw and in grits had handles in the food. Utensils removed and sent to dishwashing. Tops of order screens above prep line, ceiling tiles, outsides of equipment all have grease or debris.

Observations: Employee drinks found in unapproved containers (multi-use cups, drinks with no straws, drinks with no lids) throughout the facility. Drinks stored next to customer food. Drinks removed/discarded. Raw chicken being prepped on tables while vegetables, sauces and clean utensils were stored on the shelves below. Chickpeas, wontons cooling in deep, covered, plastic food containers in the upright cooler. Marinated chicken cooling in deep, covered, plastic food containers, stacked 2 containers high, in the walkin cooler. Had PIC uncover and unstack food to continue cooling. Raw shrimp thawing at room temperature in the kitchen. PIC had shrimp moved to the meat prep sink to continue thawing under cold, running water. A food dispensing utensil shall be available for each container displayed at a consumer self-service unit such as a buffet or salad bar. Rust-like buildup inside the ice machine. Broken handle on rice warmer.

A food dispensing utensil shall be available for each container displayed at a consumer self-service unit such as a buffet or salad bar. **The utensil’s length shall be longer than the widest portion of the container.**
