• Attorney Jody Peterman Supports Brooks County Food Pantry Initiative (valdostatoday.com) — A Quitman-based nonprofit, Empowerment & Improvement CRC, Inc., is expanding its monthly food pantry and outreach work for Brooks County families with support from attorney Jody Peterman. The effort provides groceries, clothing, and referrals to vital services, and organizers are urging local residents, churches, and businesses to pitch in through donations, volunteering, and partnerships.
