• Robert 'Bob' Wayne Karickhoff (mybuckhannon.com) — A Pennsylvania obituary notes that Robert "Bob" Wayne Karickhoff, an Army veteran originally from West Virginia, died peacefully at home in August. For Resaca readers, his sister Lisa George and her husband Joe live in Resaca, tying his extended family to the community even though services will be held later in Buckhannon, West Virginia.
