Taiwo Bolatito Sobamowo, 32, was booked into Gwinnett County jail on Sunday, and charged with four counts of practicing registered nursing without a license, financial identity fraud and false identification documents, jail records show.

According to Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the charges are believed to stem from her time at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth.

She worked there from September 2014 until August of last year, the paper reports.

Peachtree Christian Hospice was where 22-year-old Brown received care before she died in July.

Earlier reports say Sobamowo was not directly involved in Brown’s care, but she was later fired when she was unable to provide proof of her license.

Sunday was not the first time she’s faced legal troubles.

In November, a Forsyth County judge required a $24,000 cash bond for Sobamowo, accused of practicing nursing without a license at a Cumming hospice.

That time, she was detained by authorities in Raleigh, NC. And in 2013, the District of Columbia Board of nursing issued an alert saying Sobamowo alleged used someone else’s nursing license number to apply for a job there.

Sobamowo is being held without bond and also has a hold for Roswell police.
