"I have nothing to say right now other than it’s sad that two lives have been taken and there is a young man accused," he added.

Records show Hazelwood was booked into the Fulton County Jail on Thursday, Aug. 4 on two counts each of murder, theft by taking and aggravated assault. He also faces one count each of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and identity fraud.

He will remain at the jail until his preliminary hearing, which Zimmerman said is set for Aug. 19.

The bodies of Henderson and Davis, both 17, were found around 6 a.m. Aug. 1 behind Publix at 885 Woodstock Road in Roswell.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office ruled each teen died from a single gunshot wound to the head.

Funeral services for Natalie, a rising senior slated to start classes Aug. 8 at Roswell High School, were held Friday, while the memorial for Carter was held on Thursday.
