East Alley Pathway Ribbon Cutting On April 19

The East Alley is the "L" shaped alley intersecting the west side of Canton Street and the south side of Norcross Street in Roswell.

ROSWELL, GA — The city of Roswell will host a ribbon cutting next week for the East Alley Pathway project. The city's ceremony is scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, April 19.

This unique shopping and dining destination in downtown Roswell is the L-shaped alley intersecting the west side of Canton Street and the south side of Norcross Street. The new and improved East Alley will open opportunities for business entrances and add enhanced landscape features and the inclusion of public art to the area, the city of Roswell said.

This revamped space boasts the opportunity for retail and dining courtyards and plazas, partial or part-time closure to through traffic offering a walkable space for visitors and a nightlife experience with decorative lighting. This "welcoming new atmosphere will be host to public art, brightening the alley for all to enjoy," the city added.
