Must have taken a Mat 1 class before registering for Mat 2. An intermediate class focusing on pilates but at a faster pace / tempo.
Learn to utilize and strengthen your “POWERHOUSE” deep abdominal muscles, obliques, and lower back in this class that combines the precise movements of Pilates while focusing on proper form. Props include flex bands, magic circles, and stability balls in out mat class, which will add diversity, variety, range of motion, and creativity.
