Georgia Daffodil Society Blooms at the Chattahoochee Nature Center

Exhibits Entry Period on the 19th from 8 AM-10 AM. Open to the Public on Saturday, March 19th from 1:30-5 PM and Sunday from Noon-5 PM

Kingfisher Hall will bask in the gold, yellow, white and pink glow of hundreds of daffodils as The Georgia Daffodil Society presents its annual show.  Spreading the joy of growing daffodils and educating the public has been the core of the Society’s mission since being founded in 1954.  Many past year entries have topped more than 500 blooms. Every year sees outstanding blooms from a range of climates.  Exhibitors come from Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee and Alabama. Many exhibitors grow hundreds of varieties, while others grow just a few.  A bloom from a first-time exhibitor is just as likely to be a ribbon winner as one from a veteran.  The GDS encourages newcomers, regardless of age, to enter their blooms.

Please contact GDS President Darrin Ellis-May at darrinsdaffs@gmail.com for more information. Admission is $6 to CNC during the show hours.
