3 Dreams Will Come True at the Second Wind
Dreams® and Alere Inc. 9th Annual Golf Classic at Hawks Ridge Golf Club
Ball Ground, GA – (October 10, 2012) Second Wind Dreams® (SWD) in partnership with Alere Inc. will be hosting its 9th Annual Golf Classic Fundraiser to benefit Second Wind Dreams® initiative to change the perception of aging. The Golf Classic will take place on October 15th, 2012 at Hawks Ridge Golf Club at 9:30am. Proceeds from the Golf Classic will go towards making dreams come true and furthering its mission of enhancing the lives of
seniors in elder care communities.
This year, Second Wind Dreams® will make three dreams come true during the Golf Tournament. One dreamer has always wanted to learn to speak Italian, another wants a computer so that he can finish writing his book. The last
dreamer would like a new wheelchair that keeps her dry in the rain and shaded in the sun when she runs her daily errands. Each of these dreams will be fulfilled during the opening ceremonies of the Golf Classic.
