Report: Lawsuit Contends Bobbi Kristina Brown Given "Toxic Cocktail"
The daughter of the late Whitney Houston died last month, several months after she was found unresponsive in her Roswell, Ga., home.

An amendment to a lawsuit filed in Fulton County Superior Court alleges Nick Gordon, the boyfriend of the late Bobbi Kristina Brown, gave the 22-year-old a “toxic cocktail” that caused her to slip into unconsciousness.
That’s according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, which said Gordon and Brown got into an argument Jan. 31 after he returned from a night of heavy drinking and cocaine use.
Following the alleged argument, the lawsuit states Gordon allegedly gave Brown a “toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious and then put her face-down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage.”

“(Gordon) then came out of the master bedroom wearing a different set of clothing than he was in prior to his argument with Bobbi Kristina,” the allegations state. “Afterward he got in bed, and laid his head on female guest’s ankle and stated, “Now I want a pretty little white girl like you’.”
Fifteen minutes after this happened, Gordon allegedly drained the water from the bathtub and began performing CPR on Brown.

Gordon’s lawyer called the allegations “slanderous” and without merit.

Brown died July 26 at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Ga., several months after she was found unresponsive in her home in nearby Roswell.
She was discovered inside a bathtub the morning of Jan. 31 at her home on Riverbend Manor. Police and fire crews took over life-saving measures once they arrived on the scene, and Brown was transported to North Fulton Hospital for treatment.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office said an initial autopsy ”does not show an obvious underlying cause of death and no significant injuries were noted,” according to its press release.
The office also said no previously unknown medical conditions have been identified that could have contributed to Brown’s death.
Brown’s funeral service was held last week in Alpharetta, and she was buried next to her mother, the late Whitney Houston, in New Jersey.
Both the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and Roswell police investigators continue to review the case.
