What is Qigong?

Suitable for all fitness levels, Qigong offers a practical way to reduce stress, boost vitality, and reconnect with yourself from the inside out.

This class will utilize Qigong principles and techniques to exercise the body and calm the mind. Learn various forms and movements to build your strength, release tension, and melt away stress
