Armed Robbery at Smyrna's Dunkin Donuts

SMYRNA, GA -- Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened Monday afternoon at the Dunkin Donuts on Cobb Parkway.

The restaurant's manager was walking to his car, which was parked behind the business, when he was ambushed by two males. After assaulting the victim and taking his bank drop bags, they fled in a silver Chevrolet Impala which may have been parked in the nearby Ashford 75 apartment complex.

One suspect is described as a black male wearing a mask and dark clothing. He was armed with a handgun. The other suspect is described as either a Hispanic male or light complected black male, wearing dark clothing.

Police say the manager received superficial injuries during the attack.
