Vaccinations for Ages 12 and Up offered Friday, May 14 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Smyrna Community Center

Vaccinations are open for everyone ages 12 and up at the Smyrna Community Center in the large gym on Friday, May 14 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. (200 Village Green Circle, Smyrna Ga 30080). Pfizer vaccine. No Appointment needed. Please bring ID. There is no cost. For ages 12 to 15, please bring a birth certificate or record of live birth (or passport). If you receive your first dose at this location, your second dose will be administered at the same location.
