Cobb County Being Sued by Property Owners Over Braves Bridge

The county took the property through eminent domain, and now owners say they were not adequately compensated in the deal.

Marietta, GA -- Cobb County, SunTrust Park and the Atlanta Braves just can't seem to get a good headline these days.

The county took the property through the use of eminent domain, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Now, a court hearing is set for August 25 on the case.
