Cobb County Government: Evictions Moratorium Extended Again - COVID Public Health Emergency To End

June 24, 2021

Governor Kemp has announced the state Public Health Emergency regarding the COVID-19 pandemic will be allowed to expire at the end of the month.  This means all the restrictions and regulations regarding the pandemic will end. 

The President has announced the moratorium on evictions issued through a CDC order will be extended through July.
