Fallen Tree Destroys Two Vehicles at Smyrna Apartment Complex

SMYRNA, GA -- Two vehicles were crushed at a Smyrna apartment complex early Tuesday morning when a tree fell on them.

The incident happened at Mitchell's Park Apartments on Medlin Street.

The tree also hit a part of the apartment complex itself, but no one was injured in the incident, according to WTVM.

One resident said he had just purchased one of the cars that was damaged.

Michael Malone also said that many of the trees around the complex and rotten and dead.

There was little damage to the complex itself.
