- Ready to celebrate National Southern Food Day? A new fast-food restaurant chain in nearby Marietta called Cozy Coop is honoring the day with free food. If you stop by on Jan. 22 and mention the National Southern Food Day promotion, you'll get a free chicken drumstick and slice of cornbread. - A man from nearby Atlanta was arrested after a routine traffic stop resulted in multiple charges. Quentin Williams, 23, was arrested on Highway 401 and was wanted in Baldwin County for smuggling contraband into a correctional facility. Williams attempted to escape the police, but is currently residing in Monroe County Jail. (wgxa.tv)
