Parking Payment Company Moving HQ from Vinings

The company's CEO has named Atlanta it's "flagship city" despite recent expansions to Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Charlotte.

A company which specializes in mobile payments for parking spaces is moving its corporate headquarters from Vinings to midtown Atlanta, according to a report.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle says Parkmobile LLC will move its headquarters away from 3200 Cobb Galleria Parkway in October. The company uses an app to allow users to quickly and easily pay for parking spots in Atlanta and other locations. Parkmobile CEO Cherie Fuzzell said in a statement that Atlanta was their “flagship city” and sought the move to midtown to take advantage of the burgeoning technology market in the area.

This month, Parkmobile announced expansions of its services to Philadelphia, Charlotte, and Ridgewood NJ, the Chronicle says.
