SMYRNA GA -- Police have cancelled a issued a Mattie’s Call for 21-year-old Tobias Chisolm, who had been missing since Monday night.
According to police, Chisolm returned to his West Village Parkway home on Wednesday.
His family says Chisolm suffers from depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and dyslexia.
