Reminder: Concord Road Feedback Session is Tonight
A meeting will be held on Thursday to discuss three options for development along a stretch of the road.

Residents of Smyrna are being asked to share their thoughts on three proposals for linear space development along a segment of Concord Road at a meeting slated for Thursday evening.
City leaders are looking for feedback on three concepts for developing a segment of Concord Road between Brown Road and Dunton Street in north Smyrna. The first concept calls for the creation of greenspace, featuring a community green and pavilion, a protected walkway, a wellness sculpture playground, and a gateway.
The second concept calls for partial development of the land, including a detention pond park, interpretive trails, a bicycle shop, and dining in the park. A third concept would see the land fully developed into a mixed-use neighborhood with residential and retail space. Diagrams of each of the three concepts can be examined below.

The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. at Brawner Hall, located at 3180 Atlanta Rd. in Smyrna.
