Retail Development Under Construction Seeks Tenants
The retail development will open in early 2015.

The developers behind a proposed 18,400 sq. foot. retail complex at the intersection of Cumberland Parkway and South Cobb Drive are looking for tenants for the property once construction is complete.
Columbia Retail Management, which is overseeing the Olde Ivy Village project, says that a nationally-recognized organic grocer will be taking up residence at the site when it opens in early 2015, but still wants additional businesses to occupy the remaining retail space.
The crossroads could be very lucrative for any business that sets up shop at Olde Ivy Village; according to Columbia, the average household income of the immediate area is over $90,000 and there are nearly 200,000 people living within a five-mile radius of the development. An estimated 65,000 cars pass through the intersection each day.
