A Smyrna man has been arrested on sexual battery charges involving two children in Virginia.
James Ronald Baughn was arrested in Macon on charged that he inappropriately touched two children last September and October in James County, VA, reports the Virginia Gazette.
Police said Baughn, who was arrested Monday, knew his victims and frequently visited James County.
