Smyrna Massage Therapist Arrested After Woman Says He Secretly Recorded Her: Report

SMYRNA, GA — A licensed massage therapist was arrested after a woman said he touched her inappropriately and secretly filmed it, reported WSB-TV.

The woman told reporter Michele Newell that she noticed herself being recorded Wednesday during the massage at The Art of Wellness: Body Whisper ATL, 3836 Highlands Parkway SE, Smyrna.

Cobb County Police have charged Deon Milton with sexual battery and a felony for secretly recording a two-hour massage session and inappropriately touching a client.

Milton told the victim, “You saw me delete it…I’m gratefully sorry. Me not thinking and being in the moment…I didn’t ask and that’s on me. I apologize for triggering you,” according to the police warrant obtained by WSB.
