Suspects Arrested in Smyrna Park Armed Robbery
The two men allegedly robbed a teenaged boy at Cobb Park.

SMYRNA, GA — Police have arrested two men in connection with an armed robbery at a Smyrna park last week.
Shawn Porter and Jordan Hamilton are charged with armed robbery, firearm possession and carrying weapons in a school zone, according to Fox 5.
On September 16, police say Porter pointed a handgun at a 16-year-old boy in Cobb Park and demanded money. Porter allegedly then took the boy’s book bag, wallet and $90 in cash, got into a black Ford Fusion driven by Hamilton, and fled.

The incident happened 500 feet from Campbell High School.
