Uncle Maddio’s will open a franchise in the Olde Ivy Village development on July 10, reports Fast Casual. On July 11, the new store will celebrate its opening by offering free nine inch three topping pizzas from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

“Our pizza concept started right here in Atlanta and this is where we will always call home,” said Matt Andrew, CEO of Uncle Maddio’s, in a statement. “We want all Atlantans and nearby Atlantans to know our name and love our food, and we are committed to growing our presence in the surrounding communities.”

The crossroads of Cumberland Parkway and South Cobb Drive could be very lucrative for any business that sets up shop at the 186,000 sq. ft. Olde Ivy Village; according to Columbia Retail Management, the average household income of the immediate area is over $90,000 and there are nearly 200,000 people living within a five-mile radius of the development. An estimated 65,000 cars pass through the intersection each day.
