Summer is in full swing and residents that reside on Silver Creek Crossing Apartments located in the Riverside Community/ Mableton Georgia are upset they have not been able to use the pool for years.

Residents shared concerns about the property at the Welcome to summer pop up hosted by We Thrive on Riverside Renters Association.

The property has been sold 4 times since 2019 which delays repairs and currently one resident has a lawsuit against the property when the property regional manager terminated tenant lease renewal in 2022, because the resident spoke up about amenities and maintenance concerns.

Residents also have reached out to elected officials to assist with maintenance repairs for the property.
