Armed Man Robs Austell Smoothie King
Perpetrator fled on foot after robbing the business on Tuesday.
Cobb County Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at Smoothie King, 2480 East West Connector, Austell, at around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
According to investigators, the perpetrator entered the business, showed a handgun and demanded money from the cash register. He then fled the business on foot with an unknown amount of cash.
The suspect is described as a black male, around 20 to 30 years old. He was wearing a gray “hoodie” sweatshirt and gray sweat pants. He was armed with a silver over black semi-automatic hand gun.
