Plan to have all high schools above 90 percent
To have all high schools to to have graduation rates over 90 percent we must have resources. We need at least 4 guidance counselors for every 400 students. If a school Has 2500 students there needs to be at least 16 guidance counselors that support the school or feeder pattern. We need quarterly meetings with community organizations, businesses with schools. We need to focus on the communities that have high transient rates and inform the private apartment complexes of the plans to make sure they are aware of the community and school partnerships. The state of our schools is the state of our community and the state of our community is the state of our schools
