Cobb Christian Author to Hold Book Signing

Cobb County resident and award-winning Christian author Gail Pallotta will hold a book signing at Acworth Bookstore, 4857 North Main St., on Saturday, Nov. 2, from noon to 3:30 p.m. 

The author will sign Stopped Cold and Sweet Freedom with a Slice of Peach Cobbler.

A teen sports mystery, Stopped Cold is set in a small town in the North Carolina mountains. An anthology, Sweet Freedom with a Slice of Peach Cobbler is a compilation of essays, poems and short stories about people held in bondage by fears, bitterness and emotional wounds set free by their faith. Pallotta has a short story, “Stitches in Love,” in the book.

A former regional writer of the year for American Christian Writers Association, Pallotta has published poems, magazine articles and books. She has also won an online Christian writers’ contest, Clash of the Titles.
