The Cobb County Library Foundation will host another "Booked for Lunch" event with author Kendrick Kirk. Ticket price includes lunch and goes to support Cobb County libraries.
Kirk is the author of "Messages in Handlebars," a true and previously untold story of undaunted resistance to the Nazis. During World War II, the French Resistance played a vital role in the Allied victory . Supported by Britain's Special Operations Executive in London, Resistance networks were formed, led and equipped by SOE agents.
