Mableton will be the city that has the most evictions

If you're a Black woman in the United States, your chance of being evicted is higher than any other demographic.
In Cobb County mostly black women are evicted and in the new city of Mableton, black women will be mostly evicted and will be highest eviction rate in Cobb County.

More often than not, they are mothers. Having children is the single greatest predictor of whether someone will face eviction. It can be difficult to make rent and support a family, especially for women of color, who on average are paid less than white women, and single mothers living on one paycheck

Eviction proceedings are mostly formalities and are often over in minutes Cobb county legal aid receives money from Cobb county government to represent defendants but they only can represent about 10 people out of the 300 people that are seen in eviction court.

Landlords hire screening companies to filter through applications. Black women are more likely to be turned away based on these screening policies.

You're basically blackballed from the rental market

Eviction can result in higher rates of hypertension, maternal mortality, arthritis, mental illness, tuberculosis and substance abuse

It puts you at risk of ending up homeless, in prison or dead
