Missing Cobb Man Found Safe
A Mattie's Call was issued for Lovell McClanahan late Friday.

Cobb Police said late this morning that Lovell McClanahan was discovered safe in the Kennesaw area and was in good health. He has been reunited with his family, Officer Michael Bowman said in a release at 11:15 a.m.ΒOriginal story, 11:30 p.m. Friday
Cobb Police have issued a Mattie's Call for an East Cobb man who has gone missingΒ since a doctor's appointment Thursday afternoon.Β
Officer Michael Bowman said late Friday night that Lovell McClanahan, 67,Β did not return to his homeΒ onΒ High Green Drive in the Indian Hills area after visiting a doctor's officeΒ located in the 1600 block of Mulkey Road in Austell, near WellStar Cobb Hospital.
Bowman saidΒ McClanahan has numerous medical ailments and is without his medication.
McClanahan is a white male, 5-foot-10Β and 155 pounds.Β He was last seen wearing a tan fleece jacket, orange polo shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.Β Bowman said he was seen drivingΒ a silver 2011 Ford Escape with theΒ Georgia tagΒ DP1PVA.
Anyone with information about McClanahan's whereaboutsΒ should callΒ local law enforcement by dialing 9-1-1.
