We Thrive on Riverside Renters Association townhall meeting was much success as we recognized youth thrivers for their volunteer service, heard updates from Honorable Erick Allen, Georgia State Representative District 39 Terry Cummings, Cobb County District 2 commissioner Jerica Richardson, Austell City Council woman Sandra Leverette and Candidates Yashica Marshall, Gabriel Sanchez, Terracia Wilkinson and Thank you to Pastor Richard's with Antioch Loving Spirit
Also Cobb collaborative and Peoples Agenda shared voter registration information. kurios Ed provided the refreshments
On a somber note we heard from attendees who shared concerns about senior housing, leases not being renewed because of late payments and the challenges of finding housing in Cobb County.
Solutions offered were to stay Organized, stay attending meetings and work with elected officials
