“Most of the time we're not aware of how our brains are being shaped by the forces around us…The most recent research indicates that many different mechanisms of neuroplasticity persist for the entire lifespan, and one of the most important mechanisms of plasticity is the growth of actual new brain cells. An average adult generates somewhere between five and ten thousand new cells every day. That happens throughout life, until our last day. Those cells play a very important role in plasticity.”~~Daniel Goldman via Linkedin
“My point is this: if you find yourself disillusioned and discontent; chances are you need to go beyond where you are. This is not a dialogue with those who know you. More than likely, they are dealing with “conventional” wisdom. They only know what they see; what you are experiencing is another level of dialogue.”
Part II- RECHARGING YOUR GIFTS: Expand beyond the boundaries of your degree. "If two hours of engaging in a video game can actually structurally change your brain, that underscores how extraordinarily dynamic our brains are, constantly being shaped. Most of the time we're not aware of how our brains are being shaped by the forces around us.

If the brain is still growing; why are we dying? To be confined your entire life based on your “degree,” is to end an extravagant dinner after the entre’; the entre' is only a prelude to the meal. So it is, the degree is only a prelude to the rest of your professional life. Let’s examine the definition of degree.
Degree defined: By definition, degree limited. It is only the beginning. 1. One of a series of steps in a process, course, or progression; a stage: proceeded to the next degree of difficulty.
2. A step in a direct hereditary line of descent or ascent: First cousins are two degrees from their common ancestor.3. Relative social or official rank, dignity, or position.
4. Relative intensity or amount, as of a quality or attribute: a high degree of accuracy.
5. The extent or measure of a state of being, an action, or a relation: modernized their facilities to a large degree.6. A unit division of a temperature scale.http://www.thefreedictionary.com/degree
Some people are really blessed; they get it right the FIRST TIME. Some people are really blessed. From childhood, they were led to their life’s work. To those around them, it was a hobby. As they grew older, this “hobby” was celebrated and even encouraged. However, when it was time to graduate from High School, well intentioned parents, teachers, and even friends told them to “get serious” about their life and choose a “responsible” career.
IGNORE THE CRITICS!
Those who knew who they were and had the fortitude to persevere, ignored the critics and continued to pursue their life’s work (hobby) on a professional level. They received their degree in the area they had already been chosen and had developed a natural inclination to excel. To them it was not just work, it was and is their “life’s work.” It is only being "certified by man.
TRIAL AND ERROR CERTIFIES WHO YOU ARE!
There are others, who must explore though TRIAL & ERROR There are others, who must explore, falter, and find their life’s work; the degree, for them becomes a stepping stone to their destiny. The degree is not a waste of time, however; in many cases, it is just a segment of the overall “life’s assignment.” It is the foundation and in some cases, the person is simply “multi-dimensional.”
YOU NEED ANOTHER LEVEL OF WISDOM!
The point is this: if you find yourself disillusioned and discontent; chances are you need to go beyond where you are. This is not a dialogue with those who know you. They only know what they see; what you are experiencing is another level of dialogue. You need another level of wisdom. “But where can wisdom be found? And where is the place of understanding? Man does not know its value, Nor is it found in the land of the living. The deep says, ‘It is not in me’; And the sea says, ‘It is not with me.’ See Job 28
I will stop here, a hint to the wise should be sufficient...JUST KNOW,Your destiny awaits…. Ivory
