2 Dead, 1 Injured In Stonecrest Car Crash

STONECREST, GA — Two men died and a third man was injured Saturday morning in a head-on crash on Fairington Road near Willowick Drive, DeKalb County Police said Monday.

The accident occurred around 2:45 a.m. Police said one of the cars tried to pass another car and caused the head-on collision. Both cars suffered damage.

One of the drivers was pronounced dead at the scene while the second driver was pronounced dead at a hospital, police said.

A male passenger in his 60s was in critical condition and taken to the hospital for treatment, police said. The status of a second passenger is unknown.

DeKalb County Police are continuing to investigate the accident.
