Decatur, Georgia, February 16, 2018– DeKalb County business owner, Sir Markadoo Haggins and his wife, Studio Steffanie have decided to do their part in the fight against obesity. Every Tuesday and Thursday evening, this couple turn part of their fragrance company warehouse into a makeshift workout space and teach two, one-hour classes for a nominal fee of $5. However, if you’d like to take the class from the comfort of your own home, they film their class Live on Facebook for free.
“Our community is suffering. We are dying from preventable diseases every day. Lack of exercise and bad eating habits all add up to high risk for developing cardiovascular disease, so my wife and I decided to do something about it, and created Body By Sir,” said Mr. Haggins.
The couple has been instructing classes since the beginning of the year and will soon include healthy cooking and eating segments on their Facebook page. They have already started to garner quite a following each week.

"At first, I used to tune in just to watch them while I drank my glass of wine, then one day I decided to get up and move with them in the privacy of my own home and I really enjoyed the class – it’s a lot of fun," said Facebook fan Natascha Sherrod of Snellville, Georgia
Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., at Heavenly Body Products, 2571 Park Central Boulevard, Decatur, GA 30035. Also search for ‘Sir Markadoo Haggins’ on Facebook to take the class remotely.
