The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development presents a

FORECLOSURE PREVENTION WORKSHOP

 "Providing the Pieces for Sustainable Homeownership"

Whether you're in foreclosure now, worried about it in the future, or know someone who is facing foreclosure, we have information that can help. HUD staff will provide an overview of FHA's Loss Mitigation Programs and other tools you can use to avoid foreclosure. Representatives from HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agencies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, USDA-Rural Development, and Georgia Department of Community Affairs will be available to provide you with information and resources.
