The purpose and intent of The Northlake Commercial Center Compatible Use Overlay District is to stimulate growth and development by allowing compatible uses in the Northlake Commercial Center and adjacent residential areas. The regulations will create a positive real estate investment climate which will stimulate economic development and job creation.
