Stone Mountain Village will host the third annual Blue Grassroots Music & Arts Festival March 31. There will be band contests, bluegrass and "old time jamming" throughout village stores, restaurants and corners, according to the information on the event's web site.
The festivals co-producers are Dr. John Kelley and Jack Sartain.
According to the site, there will be a concert area for bands to play competitively. Events also will be held along with the . The Art Stroll will take place from 7-9 p.m.
