A cook was the only person inside of the restaurant, who told fire officials that he saw an outside neon light on the side of the business break, which caused a spark that ignited the roof, fire officials said.
Following a search and rescue, the roof collapsed, fire officials said. Crews gained control of the fire around 9 a.m.
