FODAC Annual Golf Tournament Raises over $25,000
Funds will support DME program providing equipment for disabled and caregivers
Friends of Disabled Adults and Children (FODAC) held its Annual FODAC Golf Classic Fundraiser on Wednesday, October 12 at Bear’s Best Golf Course in Suwannee, Georgia. The Rotary Club of Stone Mountain provided volunteers to work the tournament as well as some golfers to play. The event hosted 88 golfers and raised over $25,000 to support FODAC’s mission of providing durable medical equipment (DME) at little to no charge to those in need.
Winning first place at the tournament with a score of 53 was the foursome of Dwight Standridge (Jefferson), Derek Conley (Athens), Justin Brown (Commerce) and Zach Kles (Athens).
