LifeLine Invites You to Bring a Pet Home for the Pawlidays, and Meet our DeKalb County Animal Services Pet of the Week

Take advantage of LifeLine's "Home for the Holiday" promotion and make a pet's holiday joyous! Also, meet our Pet of the Week.

Looking for an amazing holiday deal? Forget Black Friday. LifeLine Animal Project has a better deal for you during their ‘Home for the Pawlidays” promotion! Between now and December 31, 2014, you can adopt any dog or puppy at DeKalb County Animal Services (DCAS) for only $30 and any cat or kitten at the shelter for only $10. All adopted pets will be spayed or neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and more – services with a retail value of over $200! As always, potential adopters will be screened to ensure the animals go to good homes.

The goal of the promotion is to find homes for the animals during the holidays. All of our wonderful animals deserve a warm bed to lie in and a family to love them, especially during the holidays. We at LifeLine hope this promotion will encourage people to come in, adopt, save lives and gain a wonderful new family member.

Whatever your needs, likes or limitations, there is a pet (or two) at DCAS right now that is perfect for your household. For adoption hours, location and pictures of available animals, please visit www.dekalbanimalservices.com.

Dekalb County Animal Services Pet of the Week: Addyson

Addyson is a real charmer who will win you over the second you meet her! This adorable and happy-go-lucky two-year-old girl is playful, but she wears herself out quickly and plops on the ground to rest all stretched out. Addyson is smart too. She knows how to sit and does so enthusiastically. Her favorite things in the world to do is to snuggle with a human or receive a belly rub. Addyson deserves to be cherished and would be the perfect pet for any family, and her adoption fee is only $30 during our “Home for the Pawlidays” promotion! Please come by and find out why the staff adores her by visiting the shelter, emailing adoption@dekalbanimalservices.com, or calling (404) 294-2165.
