Meeting Notes: Dog Park Rules, Storm Repair Approved

1. Item: Ordinance 2011-14- amend chapter 19, article 1, parks and recreation - adding a new sub-section 10-1.1 - . Action: approved (unanimous).

2. Item: Proposal for site investigation summary report addendum- Streetscape 1 - 968 Main Street S&ME, Inc. Action: approved (unanimous).

3. Item: Main Street Stone Mountain Inc. - first amendment to the contract for services with the City of Stone Mountain. Action: Tabled.

4. Item: Lease agreement between Georgia Municipal Association and the City of Stone Mountain- furniture, audio, and video equipment - five year lease, amount financed, $80,064. Action: approved (unanimous).

5. Item: Proposal for storm repair - 813 Ridge Ave. -  Development Site Services Inc, $45,996. Action: approved (unanimous).

6. Item: City's participation in 'Beyond the Bell,' a state-funded program. Action: approved (unanimous).

7. Item: Resolution 2012-04- The issuance and sale of a tax anticipation note in the principal amount of $675,000. Action: approved (unanimous).

8. Item: Changing the city council work session to the third Monday of each month, starting May 21. Action: approved (unanimous)
