• Missing Gwinnett teen last headed to Stone Mountain a week ago (fox5atlanta.com) — A 16-year-old Gwinnett County girl told family she was heading to Stone Mountain with a friend and hasn't been seen for more than a week. Her phone was later traced to the Stonecrest area. Police say she has health concerns and are asking anyone with information to contact Gwinnett detectives immediately.

• Ten LSU Players Listed Among the Nation's Top 150 Freshmen for 2027 Season (lsusports.net) — A former Parkview High School standout from Stone Mountain, outfielder Malachi Washington, is among ten LSU baseball freshmen ranked in the nation's Top 150 for 2027. He's rated one of the country's best outfielders and a top overall Georgia prospect, giving Stone Mountain sports fans another local athlete to watch on the national stage.
