Teen Shot In Lithonia, Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries

Police said the boy told officers he was shot at by unknown people.

LITHONIA, GA — A 17-year-old boy was injured Tuesday night in a South Stone Mountain Lithonia Road shooting, DeKalb County Police said.

Officers responded to the scene around 9:45 p.m. The teen had multiple gunshot wounds and life-threatening injuries, police said. He was taken to a local hospital.

Police said the boy told officers he was driving in the area when unknown people shot at him.
