Three Teens Charged With Murder at Stone Mountain Gas Station

Three teens have been charged with the murder of a 25-year-old man that happened Friday morning outside a Stone Mountain gas station and food mart.

The AJC is reporting that Shaneku McCurty was shot to death outside the Chevron Food Mart at Redan Road and South Indian Creek Drive.

DeKalb police say that two brothers -- age 15 and 16 -- along with another 16-year-old have been arrested and been charged with felony murder.

The brothers turned themselves in on Friday night, police say, and the third suspect was arrested after a search involving the DeKalb Sheriff’s fugitive unit, a U.S. Marshals task force and Atlanta police.

No decision has been made regarding the teens will be charged as adults.
