The other is an open-arms program that offers exercise to all who feel the need. No strings attached; the welcome mat is out.
On occasions like Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, the church members and those in the community who come to work up a sweat, join in a celebratory feast. More specifically, a brunch.

This Valentine’s celebration featured dishes brought by many people. Chicken, roast beef sliders, cole slaw, fresh vegetables, lovely congealed salads were a prelude to an array of desserts. A delicious strawberry pound cake must have been prepared by an angel.
