MDA Summer Camp

Seeking the perfect volunteer opportunity this summer? Want to make a change in the lives of young people. Well apply to become a camp volunteer for the 2013 MDA Summer Camp. The Muscular Dystrophy Association is looking for volunteers to help with its summer camp from July 6-12 at Camp Twin Lakes.

The MDA Summer camp is a held yearly for children affected by neuromuscular disease. This opportunity is a great way to earn volunteer experience and make a difference in the lives of children battling neuromuscular disease.

Volunteering offers other incentives as well. Employers love to see volunteer hours on resumes as well as college admissions staff.  Volunteering really shows that you are compassionate about helping others and willing to sacrifice a small amount of time to help a just cause.
